You may ask yourself how does the delivery process work? Here is the answer!

The delivery process of your order begins when your parcel leaves our office. At this moment you will receive an email to inform you that the post office takes responsibility for your parcel. The post office can deliver your parcel from Monday to Saturday within a maximum of 30 days.

In this email you will also find a link that will redirect you to the post office website and will allow you to follow the progress of your order thanks to your order number.

According to the products you ordered, you will receive them:

  • as a "lettre suivie" within 3 or 4 days, depending on when we shipped the parcel from our office
  • as a "colissimo" (with or without a signature upon reception) within 72 hours following the treatment of your parcel by La Poste Services.

At the time of delivery, make sure you check that the parcel is not damaged and that it contains what you have ordered. If this is not the case, you have to express any reservation on the carrier's delivery slip. In order to be able to exercise your right of return, you have to apply the Colissimo procedure by refusing the merchandise by indicating to the employee of the post office an abnormality observation, and you will have to notify us of your delivery refusal within the 24 hours following the delivery.

If you are not home at the delivery time, your parcel can be deposited in your letter box if this is an envelope or at a post office near you if it is a box. In the latter case, you will find in your letter box a sheet that will allow you to recover your parcel at the post office indicated, with the presentation of you identity card and a signature.
