As a general indication, order are prepared in the morning from Monday to Friday.
In this way, if you change your address just after you placed your order, in most cases it could be taken into account immediately.
However, of you change your address on the afternoon after your order validation, it may be possible that your order has already left our office and we would not be able to take into account this modification. In this latter case, return costs as well as shipping costs for the delivery at the new address will be at your own expense.

In order to avoid this inconvenience, if you use a Paypal account to pay your order, we advise you to check your delivery address before validating your order by log in directly into your Paypal account.

  • the credit card (VISA, MasterCard, CB):
    • through the secured website Paypal that uses the SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer), which means that provided information will be encrypted by a software and no third party can have access to it during their transmission on the network. Your account will be debited immediately. Paypal will send you an invoice in its electronic format once the payment is made. 
    • without using Paypal, by indicating the number on your credit card, its expiry date and the three-number cryptogram generally written at the back of the card. Your order will be validated when we receive the payment. You will be able to download your invoice in pdf format by connecting to your customer account and by clicking on the section "Order history and details".
  • the bank transfer: necessary data for the payment will be provided to you when you will finalise your order. It will be validated when we receive your payment. You will be able to download your invoice in pdf format by connecting to your customer account and by clicking on the section "Order history and details".
  • the cheque: necessary data for the payment will be provided to you when you will finalise your order.   • if this is an envelope, the carrier will put it in your letter box.
  • if this is a box, you will find in your letter box a sheet that will allow you to pick up your parcel in a post office near you with a signature and the presentation of your identity card.

Shipping costs include the cost of the envelope or box, depending on the order, the time we dedicate to the invoicing, to packet the products, the packaging under the envelope as well as the deposit at the post office.

The delivery process of your order begins when your parcel leaves our office. At this moment you will receive an email to inform you that the post office takes responsibility for your parcel. The post office can deliver your parcel from Monday to Saturday within a maximum of 30 days.

In this email you will also find a link that will redirect you to the post office website and will allow you to follow the progress of your order thanks to your order number.

At the time of delivery, make sure you check that the parcel is not damaged and that it contains what you have ordered. If this is not the case, you have to express any reservation on the carrier's delivery slip. In order to be able to exercise your right of return, you have to apply the Colissimo procedure by refusing the merchandise by indicating to the employee of the post office an abnormality observation, and you will have to notify us of your delivery refusal within the 24 hours following the delivery.

If you are not home at the delivery time, your parcel can be deposited in your letter box if this is an envelope or at a post office near you if it is a box. In the latter case, you will find in your letter box a sheet that will allow you to recover your parcel at the post office indicated, with the presentation of you identity card and a signature.

You can follow the progress of your parcel by using the link provided in the email we send regarding the shipping of your order. This link will redirect you to the post office website. Thanks to your order number, you will be able to follow the progress of your parcel until your house.

It is widely known that disposable products are not necessarily cheap... if I had known...


If we do a quick calculation regarding periods:

  • Number of cycles per year: around 13 cycles (28-day cycle).
  • Length of the cycle: 5 days in average
  • Number of protections per cycle: I use pantyliners everday apart from my period time, that is to say around 15 protections (regardless of sizes and types) and 20 pantyliners per month, namely 420 protections per year.
  • Cost of a packet of protections: €5 in average for tampons (20 pieces) and €4 for pantyliners.
  • Quick calculation: (4+4)*13 = 104€ per year that is to say €520 for 5 years.

By purchasing 15 Absorbette© products €17 each in average and a bag, this amounts to €275 for 5 years, that is a saving of €245.


If we do a quick calculation for daily protection:

  • Number of protection used per year: I use pantyliners everyday apart from my period time, that is to say about 300 protections per year.
  • Cost of a packet of protections: €4 in average for pantyliners.
  • Quick calculation: 4 * 12 = €48 per year namely €240 for 5 years.

And if we do a last quick calculation for light incontinence:

  • Number of protections used per year: I use protections for light incontinence everyday, that is to say 365 protections per year.

  • Quick calculation: 6 * 12 = €72 per year, namely €360 for 5 years.
